At DNEEZ, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is processed or shipped
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email us at support@dneez.co with your order number
  2. Send the request as soon as possible after placing the order

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our team.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that are already shipped or out for delivery
  • Customized, made-to-order, or sale items

Such orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
