Exchange Policy

At DNEEZ, we offer exchanges to ensure you receive the right fit or product, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, seals, and packaging must be intact

All exchange requests are subject to approval after a quality inspection.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale / Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Customized or Made-to-Order products

These items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@dneez.co within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the exchange request details
  3. Wait for approval and follow the exchange instructions shared by our team

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Customers are required to return the original item before an exchange is processed.


Shipping & Handling

  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer
  • DNEEZ will ship the exchanged item after successful inspection of the returned product

Rejected Exchanges

Exchange requests will be declined if the product:

  • Shows signs of use, washing, stains, or damage
  • Is returned without original tags, seals, or packaging
  • Is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging

Rejected items will be sent back at the customer’s expense, with no exchange or credit issued.


By placing an order with DNEEZ, you agree to this Exchange Policy. DNEEZ reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests.
