Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At DNEEZ, every product is crafted with care. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags, seals, and packaging must be intact
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging will be rejected

DNEEZ reserves the right to approve or reject any return after inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Customized or Made-to-Order products

These purchases are final and non-reversible.


Rejected Returns

Returns will be declined if items show:

  • Signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage
  • Missing or tampered tags, seals, or packaging
  • Damage caused during return transit

Rejected items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense with no refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@dneez.co within 14 days
  2. Mention your order number and reason
  3. Wait for approval and follow return instructions

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds apply to product value only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processed within 12–14 business days after inspection
  • COD refunds via bank transfer or store credit

Exchanges

  • Subject to stock availability
  • If unavailable, choose a refund or store credit (valid 6 months)
  • Store credits are non-transferable and non-encashable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Approved cases will receive free return shipping and a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • No cancellations once the order is shipped
