- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

- Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors
DNEEZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- Any additional charges such as COD fees or remote area surcharges will be clearly communicated
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp
- You may track your shipment using the link provided
Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout
- DNEEZ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned or undelivered parcels
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist in resolving the issue as per their investigation outcome.
International Shipping
Currently, DNEEZ ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
